Leadership 1 is a dynamic six-month program tailored for entry-level teammates. Each monthly class, lasting 30 minutes, features compelling executive stories, offering valuable insights. Throughout the program, participants will engage with the Southwind 10, integrating these key principles into their leadership development journey. The program also includes an engaging Q&A session, providing participants with the opportunity to directly interact with accomplished leaders.

Prerequisites: Application to L1
Enrollment Period: Offered twice yearly in 6 months sessions
Capstone Project: Self Assessment
Leadership 2 is a relational six-month program designed for graduates of Leadership 1. In a supportive and collaborative environment, participants dive into the organization's Mission, Pillars, and Vision. As part of the program, participants will read The Southwind Way Playbook to deepen their understanding and connection to the organizational values. The emphasis is on building strong relationships and fostering a deeper connection with the organizational values.

Immersive exploration of the Mission, Pillars, and Vision
Building strong relational leadership
Team cohesion and shared values
Personal development within the organizational context
Cultivating a sense of purpose and contribution
Reflective and group exercises
Prerequisites: Completion of Leadership 1 and the Self Assessment
Enrollment Period: Offered twice yearly in 6 months sessions
Capstone Project: Intentional Path Completion
Leadership AP 1 is an advanced six-month program with a focus on individual growth and collective leadership excellence. The curriculum is open-ended, allowing for personalized development based on the evolving needs and goals of the participants. A key component of the program is developing a deep understanding of the 9-box. Teammates will learn how to assess their own leadership trajectory, identify opportunities for growth, and align their development to score on the middle tier or better on the 9-box framework.

Prerequisites: Completed Leadership 2 and submitted your Intentional Path

Capstone Project: Pass the 9 box/ self leadership. Top 4 boxes- Middle tier or better
Leadership AP 2 is an intimate and relational six-month program inspired by John Maxwell's "The 5 Levels of Leadership." Tailored for personal growth, it encourages participants to connect with their leadership journey on a deeper level.

Guided exploration of the 5 Levels of Leadership
Introspective self-assessment and goal setting
Leading with authenticity and influence
Building high-performance teams through collaboration
Continuous self-reflection and feedback
Personalized development plans
Prerequisites: Completed AP1 and successfully placed in the middle tier or better quadrants on the 9-Box
Enrollment Period: Offered twice yearly in 6 months sessions
Capstone Project: Leadership assessment completed by your director leader with a solid or better
The Entrepreneurship Program is a 12-month immersive experience featuring eight collaborative classes with experts across various organizational departments. Participants engage with professionals from Finance, HR, Operations, and more, gaining holistic insights into entrepreneurial success. In addition to cross-functional learning, participants will develop proficiency in the Core 4, equipping them with the foundational tools and habits needed to lead effectively, drive results, and build sustainable business strategies.

Executive Development is a 12-month continuous learning initiative for leaders who have progressed through the organizational leadership journey. Aligned with the annual theme, this year's focus is on the strategic execution of People, Customer, and Growth objectives.
